Isabel is a primary school teacher and since 2016, they have had a school link with Toucountouna, in Benin. Children are ultimately the adults of tomorrow. We count on them to make our planet a sustainable society.

As this problem continues to spread more and more in our GUATEMALA and in other countries, we nowadays see how aggression, violence and even suicide are handled. That is why the adolescent shows signs of being afraid to go to school, even in different places. That is why I invite all people, parents, and students to collaborate and help eradicate this problem.

ACOHOF Family Farm School in Bankim (AFFS+ Bankim) allows young boys and girls to explore their abilities. When we graduate, we go back to our various localities to exploit the treasure buried in the soil.

Two years ago, I started studying at the Nufed Center No. 14 in the puerta de golpe village. Now that I am studying in this establishment, I have discovered that everything is different because there are professors for each area and there is more discipline in the classrooms, but what I have loved the most is that they teach us how to carry out productive projects.

We discovered that traditional practices do not produce enough corn to cover the food needs of the poorest families. With help from the field school, they manage to have a sufficient food production and become models for their entourage.

By the grace of God, my parents gave me the opportunity to study at NUFED. Upon joining, we had the opportunity and the experience of playing in the band that was started in 2014. This has enabled us to develop our skills and to get to know other places where we have gone to share the knowledge we have acquired.

Entrepreneur Williams Montecinos Cruz, 16, tells us how his academic training has allowed him to contribute in a very valuable way to the development of his family and community, leaving us a message full of encouragement to accept life and face the future.

Today I am happy to be a competent midwife able to accompany mothers and children before, during and after childbirth in the community.
